Please attach the following documents to your application:

 

 

• Reference of childcare (see attached form)
• Reference of language skills
• 2-3 scanned photographs taken with children
• Scanned copy of your Passport (only page with your name and photo)
• Personal Application letter for your host family (please describe yourself and your motivation)
